Welcome. This page contains a small collection of personal quizzes designed to help you better understand how you think and operate. They are not tests, there are no right or wrong answers, and nothing here is pass or fail. Use them as tools for reflection, insight, and better conversations with yourself and others.
1. What Spins Your Wheels – VIA Character Strengths
Developed by the University of Pennsylvania, this questionnaire identifies your natural strengths and what genuinely energises you. It focuses on who you are at your best, rather than who you think you should be. Please complete the survey and save or print the full list of all 25 strengths. You’ll initially see only some results, so scroll to the bottom and click “Show More” to view the full list. Your top five and bottom five are especially useful for reflection and discussion. You’ll need to register to access the survey, and it’s fairly long (around 240 questions), so take your time..

2. How Passionate Are You? – Grit Scale
This short questionnaire explores passion and perseverance over time. It looks at how consistently you stick with things that matter to you, especially when progress is slow or effort is required over the long term. It’s particularly relevant for work, relationships, and any goal that requires staying power.

3. Different Ways of Processing Information (About Reading Styles)
This short, video-based quiz explores different cognitive processing styles, including how people take in and work with information. Some people read quickly, some slowly, some visually, some verbally. There’s no “better” way. We include this because understanding how you process information helps us communicate and support people more effectively, without assumptions.

4. Mood & Resilience – Goldberg Questionnaire
This is a simple self-reflection questionnaire about mood patterns and resilience. It’s not about diagnosis or labels, and there are no “ideal” results. Understanding how you tend to experience stress, pressure, and energy levels helps create healthier environments and better support over time.

5. Relationships & Communication – Love Languages
This questionnaire looks at how people prefer to give and receive support and appreciation. We’re less interested in the label itself and more interested in how people with different styles work well together, especially in teams and close relationships. Please complete the version that’s most relevant to you

6. Personality Preferences – Myers-Briggs Style
If you’d like, you can complete this free Myers-Briggs–style personality questionnaire. It explores preferences in how people think, decide, and interact. This isn’t about putting people in boxes, but about understanding differences so we can work with them rather than against them.
